Astron Financial Advisors is seeking a Full Stack Web Developer proficient in the MERN Stack to join our dynamic on-site team. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can build scalable products from the ground up, and is passionate about delivering robust digital solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain scalable, end-to-end web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Use Next.js for server-side rendering and performance optimization.
• Design responsive, pixel-perfect UIs with Tailwind CSS.
• Write clean, type-safe code using JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Develop RESTful APIs and backend services with strong database integration using MongoDB.
• Handle deployment and basic server configurations; VPS hosting experience is a plus.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other developers, designers, and stakeholders.
• Take ownership of features and projects from planning to execution.
• Contribute to architectural decisions to ensure app scalability and performance.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node)
• Strong knowledge of Next.js, Tailwind CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Good understanding of OOPS concepts and Database Management Systems
• Strong grasp of Git and version control workflows
• Excellent problem-solving skills and debugging abilities
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Willingness to join immediately and work on-site in Delhi.
