Astron Financial Advisors is seeking a Full Stack Web Developer proficient in the MERN Stack to join our dynamic on-site team. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can build scalable products from the ground up, and is passionate about delivering robust digital solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Build and deploy machine learning models for predictive analytics, classification, clustering, and recommendation systems
• Preprocess and analyze large financial datasets to extract insights
• Research and experiment with new ML/DL algorithms to enhance platform capabilities
• Collaborate with product and development teams to integrate models into the production pipeline
• Work with Python, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML libraries
• Develop APIs or microservices to serve trained models in real-time
• Monitor and evaluate model performance over time, ensuring accuracy and reliability
• Stay updated with the latest developments in AI/ML and apply them to our use-cases

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
• Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and model evaluation
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model deployment
• Familiarity with tools like Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Jupyter Notebooks
• Good understanding of statistics, linear algebra, and probability
• Experience with REST APIs, Flask, or FastAPI is a plus
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work on-site in Surat and join immediately
